The Beyond the Perfect Order Workshop is a lively, interactive peer-group session where questions are posed, and ideas debated and developed in real-time.  You will gain journey insights from the supply chain directors of two leading FMCG companies who have seen high value yield from redeployed resource.  The workshop is free for supply chain and customer service professionals and peer-level colleagues working for FMCG organisations. 

Participants are asked to complete a short survey.  The results of the survey will be used as the launch-pad for discussion at the workshop.  Even if you are unable to attend the workshop you can gain value from completing the survey.  We will email the results to you in March 2012.
