Jeff Maynard *

Jeff Maynard , Executive Chairman

Jeff Maynard co-founded Netstore plc and was responsible for all of the Group's technology including technical infrastructure, security, internal systems and innovations.

After the company's successful floatation on the London Stock Exchange, he took responsibility for strategic development and partnerships, whilst retaining overall control of technology.

In May 2000, he was appointed European Chairman of the ASP Industry Consortium.

He has significant experience in the IT sector: He led the technology arms of British Airways plc and of Cable & Wireless before launching the world's first on-line electronic vaulting service. He founded and was Chief Technologist for Virtual Technology Inc, a US public company. He has held and continues to hold a portfolio of non-executive roles.

He was IT Entrepreneur of the Year for 2000.

John Wakeman , Chief Executive Officer

John Wakeman has significant experience of developing and growing Global Enterprise software companies. He was instrumental in the success of Norwegian Software Company Confirmit. Joining Confirmit when revenues were less than $2m John was responsible for growing these to more than $40m over the next seven years. More than half of these revenues came from the US market.

He is largely credited with providing the platform upon which Confirmit continues to grow and for establishing their market leading position within Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and Market Research (MR). Confirmit has been an early pioneer of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.

Prior to Confirmit John was a Senior Executive at Symantec Corporation. During the nineties he was responsible for many of the Sales and Marketing functions in Europe. He participated in the Corporate Transformation programme of the mid nineties which laid the groundwork for much of the company’s success in the first part of this decade.

John’s charter at OmPrompt is to realise the full potential of the investments made in the outstanding OmPrompt technology which has been recognised with numerous awards by ensuring similar success in the marketplace.

Brian Bolam
Brian Bolam, President & Founder

Since joining TNT in the early 80's, Brian has been a supply chain visionary. He sponsored the development of the first Global Supply Chain Event Management system, led the creation of and built Europe's first freight management centre whilst employed by GE Capital and is a founder member of ELUPEG, Europe's foremost collaborative logistics organisation.

This endless striving for operational scale, end-to-end visibility, proactive supply chain management and the use of technology to drive efficiency is at the root of his vision of OmPrompt.

Most recently, Brian and a small group of known, trusted associates set out to solve the supply chain's most ubiquitous problem – lack of systems interoperability and the disenfranchisement of SMEs.

The result is OmPrompt!
