The OmPrompt service has two essential components: the Intelligent Message Management service and the Trading Partner Acceleration process.

The service is hosted by IBM at a state-of-the-art, secure facility which provides 24 hour operation, data backup, off-site disaster recovery, fail-over and comprehensive service level agreements which ensure 24 by 7 by 365 availability.

This comprehensive service has four functional elements:

The service is managed by the OmPrompt Integration Group, which is staffed 24 by 7 by 365, and can be accessed by voice or through our web-based Trading Partner Management service. This team

  • Assists subscribers through process of Trading Partner engagement
  • Tests and maps sample messages
  • Conducts parallel testing
  • Manages transaction processing
  • Provide operational support

The entire process of registration, mapping, testing, engagement, operations and support is dealt with through the Trading Partner Management portal and administered by the OmPrompt Integration Group.
