Business Development Executive

This enables those companies to consistently serve their customers, by optimising resources and gaining visibility and control over their business processes.

Existing clients include global companies such as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser (RB), Nestle, Pladis & Stryker. We work internationally in a variety of languages in over 50 countries to date.

The Role:

Support the Senior Sales team to grow the presence of OmPrompt ‘s Smart Automation Solutions by:

  • Identifying potential clients and the respective decision makers within our global manufacturing market space
  • Being responsible for prospecting all new potential clients
  • Cold calling and warm calling the targeted prospects
  • Researching and building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Setting up meetings between Key Decision Makers and the Sales Team
  • Market/Organisation Mapping

Essential Skills

The suitable candidate must skills in the following:

  • An interest in pursuing a career in Solution Selling within a high growth technology company
  • A genuine interest in business and the application of technology to improve business performance
  • An appetite for lead development and lead follow-up
  • An ease with objection handling and objection resolution
  • An ability & interest to identify business initiatives and business-critical issues within the specified market

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in telemarketing
  • Experience in Lead Generation
  • Experience & competency in use of any CRM system – Salesforce in particular
  • Experience using LinkedIn and/or other Social Media tools for Lead Generation

  • Milton Park, Abingdon, UK

Prior experience in Sales or Customer Services environment would be an advantage but applications are welcome from all high achievers with a strong work ethic.
