Trainee Shift Leader

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure maximum up-time
  • Correct any failed messages requiring your attention

Position details 

This shift-based position reports to the Operations Team Leader and includes a week of night shifts every 4 to 5 weeks. You will need your own transport as some shifts include hours which may not be compatible with public transport timetable. Trainee salary of £19,200 includes shift allowance and will be reviewed after nine months depending on your progress and how you prove yourself in a shift leading role.
