Is it a tool that I can just plug-in and use?
We have four Smart Automation Solutions that make up our core offering alongside a visibility component. These solutions are combined for your trading partners to ensure the highest automation levels. Once we agree on which business documents will be automated through our platform, we’ll work with your IT department to set up the auto-forwarding of these business documents (data input) such as orders, invoices, PODs, remittances etc. into our platform.
How much time and effort will it take to get set up?
You don’t need a huge team of staff to get involved with implementing or running this solution. It’s easy to get started with the assistance of your IT team. We then work with your team to help discover if there are any other opportunities to automate... so that they can spend their time working on more value-added tasks.
How do you integrate with IT?
We work with IT to ensure that getting the OmPrompt solution up and running has minimal impact on their time and resources. We require IT to set up the auto-forwarding of the messages, provide us with regular access to your master data and create outbound message integration - that's all.
We’re running an old ERP system –
will it be compatible?
Our platform is designed to work with all kinds of ERP systems, including the big two: SAP and Oracle.
How much will the solution cost?
We use a monthly pricing model similar to other software as a service (SaaS) cost structures. The actual cost is dependent upon how many transactions you put through the platform. Rather than penalise our customers for more use, the more transactions you have the more cost effective the platform becomes. We do this through a fixed cost banded pricing structure.
