John Wakeman is responsible for leading OmPrompt's overall operations, including the growth strategy and the technical and organisational roadmaps.
John has significant experience of developing and growing Global Enterprise software companies. He was instrumental in the success of Norwegian Software Company Confirmit. Joining Confirmit when revenues were less than $2m John was responsible for growing these to more than $40m over the next seven years. More than half of these revenues came from the US market.
He is largely credited with providing the platform upon which Confirmit continues to grow and for establishing their market leading position within Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and Market Research (MR). Confirmit are recognised as one of the early pioneers of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
Prior to Confirmit John was a Senior Executive at Symantec Corporation. During the nineties he was responsible for many of the Sales and Marketing functions in Europe. He participated in the Corporate Transformation programme of the mid nineties which laid the groundwork for much of the company's success in the first part of the following decade.
John joined OmPrompt in 2008.
Simon Granger is OmPrompt's Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing all aspects of company operations relating to finance, accounting and compliance.
Simon is a seasoned finance professional with considerable experience of managing the finances of high-growth technology businesses and of corporate finance transactions from raising venture capital finance through to business sales and stock exchange flotations.
He holds an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a member of the Faculties of Corporate Finance and Taxation.
Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in their London office, where he spent ten years including stints in Audit, Corporate Advisory Services, Litigation Support and Entrepreneurial Services, and on secondment to NatWest.
He left Ernst & Young to be Group Finance Director and run the acquisition program of a public company before joining an entrepreneurial private group as CFO and Company Secretary. Simon subsequently joined Henley based Chartered Accountants and corporate finance boutique Hurst Morrison Thomson where he was a Corporate Finance Partner before setting up his own practice in 2002.
Simon joined OmPrompt in 2007.
Stephen Luscombe is OmPrompt’s Chief Solutions Officer, and is responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of OmPrompt Customer Automation Management solutions.
With over 25-years experience in designing and implementing high volume business-critical solutions, Stephen believes in delivering value to clients through the innovative use of technology.
Stephen was an original founder of Wesupply where over a 12-year period he held a number of senior executive positions, including SVP Technology and Services.
At Wesupply, he conceived the launch of a new SaaS-based B2B intelligent trading platform used today by leading UK retailers and CPG companies and with over 5,000 trading partners. He also led a successful joint venture with IBM to replace Sainsbury’s EDI platform and VAN with a new intelligent trading network for use by over 4,000 suppliers in the time-critical delivery of key procure-to-pay transactions.
Stephen joined OmPrompt in January 2014.
Tim Flinders is OmPrompt's Chief Development Officer and is responsible for the Software Development, Research and Development and QA teams and ensuring the delivery of high quality robust solutions to customers.
Tim has over 18 years of experience delivering complex systems within the financial services, Asset Management, Logistics and Telecom sectors. He has a proven track record of improving delivery and quality, allowing predictability and consistent quality throughout the software lifecycle. Most recently Tim was Development Director at Eze Software Group, an award winning global financial services software provider where he was responsible for software development across three continents. Tim played a key role in the transition to SaaS delivered products within Eze Software Group.
Tim holds a BEng Honours degree in Electroacoustics and has a strong engineering background, he also holds several software certifications both in development and software delivery processes.
Tim joined OmPrompt in January 2016.
