You will be able to see, near real time, the status of each process (order processing, pick up, departure, delivery etc) on your own customised dashboard. This information is categorised and organised by customer so you are able to focus on minimising the impact occurring problems may have on your service.

The raising of alerts both on screen, via email, via SMS and other media at each process (order processing, pick up, departure, delivery etc) means you are able to proactively handle potential problems before they impact the customer.
